When i stop it also stops. The elegant and captivating design of 1984 Honda Magna V30 bike will definitely blow your mind away. When i am moving i hear something that sounds like a motor that is kinda squeaky and sad sounding. I guess there was air in the radiator or something, but what made it get hot and get air there to start whith? Is it maybe the thermo? I still don't think the fan runs, i don't know! Is it safe to begin riding it away from the house or not? Was there never anything wrong, why did it overheat the first time?:icon_mad: :icon_mad: :icon_mad: It now runs at the right temp!!! ugh, what does it mean? (note, the thermostat is still out) the coolant level disappeared as i did this, so i filled it more, then repeated twice. It has one green and one black wire comming out of it. I drained the carbs, They didnt have that much gas in them. Had the fuel tank sealed with a permanent sealer to prevent rust in the tank/system. Previously belonged to my stepdad, who collected bikes hence the low mileage. Well taken care of, and only 18,000km on it. I know its probably gummed up on the inside. Very good shape for a 40 year old bike, eligible for collector plates (very cheap insurance). I tipped the bike back and forth and shook it while it was running with no radiator cap on. I pulled out the fuel filter and fuel pump from my 1984 V30 honda magna. So i filled both the reserve and the radiator. Stopped, and took the radiator cap off when it was still hot, no coolant at all. Ok, today i rode for a little bit and it got hot, maybe 1 mile.
